Inquiry and quotation

Design and tooling
Engineers confirm dimensions, foam layout and construction, then cut the mold. Drawings and material swatches are approved before the mold is cut. NDA available before drawings are sent.

Sampling
A physical sample is built to specification with your logo, colours and hardware, and shipped to you for approval.

Mass production
Thermoforming and sewing run with in-line checks at each station. Photo and video progress updates on request.

Inspection
Final random inspection to AQL 2.5 before packing. The inspection report with photos is sent before the balance is due. Third party inspectors can inspect on site.

Packing and shipment
Export cartons, pallets and shipping documents are prepared by our office. Terms: EXW or FOB Shenzhen.
Customer molds and designs are not sold to other buyers. Sample tooling is destroyed on request at the end of a program.
Quality Control
Production runs under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Inspection is done in four stages.
| Incoming materials | EVA sheet hardness and thickness are measured on arrival. Fabric colour is compared with the approved swatch. Zippers are opened and closed to test the pull. Hardware and foam are checked before they go to the line. |

FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
500 pcs for most products. If you are testing a new product, ask us about a smaller trial run.
How long do samples take?
1 to 3 weeks. The sample is built to specification with your logo, colours and hardware, and shipped to you for approval before production starts.
How long does bulk production take?
30 to 45 days after the sample is approved.
Can you put our logo on the products?
Yes. Logo methods: silk screen printing, embossing, debossing, rubber patch, metal plate and woven label. Send your logo file with the inquiry.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes. The factory is in Longgang District, Shenzhen. You can walk the lines and check your order in person. Contact us in advance to arrange a time.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign an NDA before you send drawings, and customer molds and designs are not sold to other buyers.
What trade terms and shipping do you offer?
EXW and FOB Shenzhen. Goods ship by sea, air or rail. Our office prepares export cartons, pallets, packing lists and shipping documents.
Do you make custom EVA cases with foam inserts?
Yes. Most custom EVA cases we make carry an EVA foam insert shaped to the product inside. Inserts can be die cut foam inserts, CNC cut foam or plain foam lining, and the lid can add a mesh pocket or elastic straps. Send the product dimensions, or the product itself, and the insert layout is confirmed at the design stage, before the mold is cut. MOQ is 500 pcs and samples take 1 to 3 weeks.
Can I order custom tool bags with my logo?
Yes. Tool bags and tool backpacks are sewn in our own workshop, in 1680D fabric with molded bases and metal zippers, and your logo can be applied by silk screen printing, embossing, debossing, rubber patch, metal plate or woven label. MOQ is 500 pcs. Send your logo file with the inquiry and we quote the bag and the logo as separate line items.
